We just launched a new website, and the goal was simple. Make it easy to see the work we have actually done, and easy to start a project of your own.
Why we rebuilt it
The old site was hard to look through, and the photos did not do the work justice. Guy trained as an architect and spent years buying, rebuilding, and flipping homes before taking on client projects, so how a space is planned matters to him as much as how it gets finished. The new site is built to show both, the plan and the result.
See the real projects
Every photo in the portfolio is a home we remodeled here in Central Florida. Kitchens with new cabinets and stone counters, bathrooms taken back to the studs, and a couple of whole-home rebuilds. Several projects include before and after sliders, so you can drag between the two and see exactly what changed.
What we do
Most of our work is kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We also handle drywall and painting, flooring, doors, and window replacement when a project calls for it. Each service now has its own page that walks through how we plan the job, what drives the cost, and how long it usually takes.
Local, and licensed
We are based at 100 Grinnell Pl in Kissimmee and work across Celebration, Davenport, Orlando, Lakeland, Saint Cloud, and the towns around them. Some of the historic homes Guy restored in Lakeland earned preservation recognition from the city, which tells you how the work holds up when someone else is doing the judging. Guy A Remodeling is licensed and insured.
