What does a written estimate from us include?
Our estimate reads like a plan, not a single number. It opens with a description of the project, then a step by step scope that lays out the demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, and paint in order. On a small job that runs a couple of pages. On a full remodel it can run much longer, and that detail is exactly the point.
From there you get a budget broken out line by line, so you can see what the tile, the paint, and the demolition each cost. You get clear exclusions, a phase by phase timeline, and a payment schedule tied to finished work rather than the calendar. It also names which materials you are supplying and which we are, plus a written warranty on our labor.
When we design the space, 3D renderings and a room by room selection list round it out, with the colors, fixtures, and finishes shown before anything is ordered. You sign knowing exactly what you are getting and what it costs.
